Ongoing programs
We hold regular sangha meetings on Wednesday evenings for meditation, practice and dharma study. Our meetings are led by Sunada Takagi, a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order and meditation instructor at Wildmind Buddhist Meditation.
Newcomers are welcome, but please note there is no instruction provided for the 40-minute silent meditation period. If you are new to meditation, we highly recommend that you take our introductory class prior to attending.
